Chocolate cake with cherries

Preparing:

Melt the butter, add sugar, cocoa and water. Bring to the boil. After boiling, cool to room temperature. Add yolks and mix thoroughly to obtain a smooth mass.

At the same time, put the cherries in the other dish, add 6 tablespoons of sugar and fry until water is gone. Add coconut shreds and vanilla sugar. Spread the baking form with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Whisk egg froth and when it is stiff, mix manually with chocolate mass and flour, and then pour it on the prepared baking form.

Placed the cooked and cooled cherries gently on the cake in an irregular way. Put into a pre-heated oven and bake at 180°C for about an hour.

After baking, sprinkle richly with powdered sugar.
