Cold cherry soup
Preparing:
Put cherries and sugar in a saucepan. Pour water, add two pinks and a cinnamon stick. Cook until the cherries are soft. Then take the saucepan of the cooker, remove the pinks and cinnamon stick and leave to cool.
Put aside 2 tablespoons of cherries and blend the rest. After obtaining a homogeneous mass, add kefir and mix thoroughly. Leave it for two hours in the fridge.
Then pour it into bowls. Decorate with the remaining cherries and finely chopped peppermint.
