Defrost the cauliflower and then chop it finely. Add about half a cup of breadcrumbs, an egg (or 2), grated onion (or finely chopped), butter, salt and pepper.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly, form the cutlets, coat them in a breadcrumbs and fry until golden color.
Serve the cutlets with sauces – preferably herbal ones.
Pour one cream into a dish, add salt and pepper gently and one pressed clove of garlic. Chop or blend chili pepper with a small amount of cream and add to the sauce. The amount of chilli pepper depends on individual taste. The last ingredient is frozen basil. Mix everything thoroughly and leave it for about 10 minutes.
