Cold cheesecake with cherries

Preparing:

Spread the cake-pan with butter and put in the baking paper. Put the biscuits into the blender, crush and combine with butter to obtain a homogeneous mass. Put it into the cake-pan, distribute it thoroughly and put in the fridge. Pour the cherries into a blender and mix into a homogeneous mass adding sugar and then cheese.

In the meantime, knead gelatine and cool to room temperature. After cooling, combine it with the mass of cheese and pour it into a cake-pan, spread evenly and cool. Whisk the cream and add a scattered and cooled cherry jelly to it.

Pour the mass onto hardenered cheese in a cake-pan pan and again leave it to set. At the end, put the frozen cherries on the top and pour cherry jelly.
Leave to set.

  • 100 g of biscuits
  • 60 g of butter
  • 550 g of dense curd (from a bucket, or three times ground)
  • 350 g of cherries
  • 6 flat tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • 200 g of 30% cream or 2 instant whipped creams
  • 20 g of gelatin (5 teaspoons)
  • 6 tablespoons of water
  • 2 packages of cherry jelly
  • 150 ml of water
  • cherries for decoration
