Dumplings with strawberries
Preparation of the dough: pour the flour into the bowl. Add salt, an egg, warm water and knead the dough. Add such an amount of water so that the dough is firm and elastic. If necessary, sprinkle with a small amount of flour while kneading. Let the dough rest for a few minutes.
During this time, crush partly defrosted strawberries in a bowl, add sugar and potato flour.
Mix everything and put in the freezer so that the mass is stiff, not watery.
Roll the dough thin and cut it into any size of circles. Put the frozen strawberry mass on the center of each circle. Bend the dough in half and close the edges thoroughly squeezing them.
Put the dumplings in boiling slightly salted water and cook until they come to the surface of water. Strain the dumplings, put on a plate and pour with sweet cream mixed with a few frozen strawberries. You can add ¼ of banana to emphasize the sweetness.
