Fried cauliflower in batter served with dips
Pour the milk into the dish. Add salt, pepper, red pepper and Provencal herbs. Add the flour, 2 eggs and mix thoroughly until the consistency of thick cream.
Stick the cauliflower on a toothpick, roll it in the batter and put into hot oil. Fry until golden color. After frying, put it on a paper towel to drain fat.
As an addition, serve with two simple sauces: cream-dill and tomato with herbs.
Mix 18% cream with a pinch salt, a pressed clove of garlic and two teaspoons of frozen dill.
Prepare red tomato sauce based on tomato concentrate. Put a jar of concentrate into the dish and exactly two jars of boiled cool water. Then add a pinch of salt, a tablespoon of sugar, one clove of garlic, pepper, a tablespoon of apple vinegar, a tablespoon of basil and oregano. Mix everything thoroughly and leave it to combine the ingredients.
